This policy outlines our commitment to QHSE and the responsibilities of our employees and stakeholders. We are dedicated to providing construction services that meet or exceed our clients' expectations, health and safety of our employees, contractors, and visitors and minimizing our environmental impact to achieve this, we will:

• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
• Implement and maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS) in accordance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018 standards.
• Continuously improve our processes through regular reviews and feedback.
• Provide training and resources necessary for our employees to deliver quality work
• Conduct regular trainings and drills to keep all employees aware and prepared.
• Encourage a safety-first culture where every employee takes responsibility for their own safety and that of others.
• Implement practices that reduce waste, conserve resources, and prevent pollution.
• Use sustainable materials and promote recycling and reuse wherever possible.
• All employees follow all QHSE procedures, use provided PPE, report hazards and incidents, and participate in training.
• Adhere to our QHSE policy and procedures while working on our sites.
• Regular monitoring of QHSE performance through inspections, audits, and reviews.
• Reporting and investigation of incidents or non-conformities.

This policy will be reviewed annually to ensure its continued relevance and effectiveness. This QHSE policy will be communicated to all employees, contractors, and stakeholders. It will be displayed prominently at all worksites and included in employee handbooks and training materials.

We are committed to continuous improvement in all areas of QHSE. Feedback from employees, clients, and stakeholders will be used to enhance our QHSE management system.
